Who is Brenntag?
Brenntag is the global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution. The Germany based international company manages complex supply chains for both chemical manufacturers and consumers by simplifying market access to thousands of products and services. Brenntag operates a global network with about 600 locations in 72 countries.
Why were we there?
Brenntag wanted to integrate a new CRM, SalesForce, by pulling data out of dozens of local ERPs and into a global data marketplace layer, ready to be then scaled to multiple domains and regions.
How we helped Brenntag?
We designed a real-time solution that provides the sales team with instant access to critical business data. Our solution included holistic observability and an incident management process - we didn’t just develop it, we also operated it and improved it over time. After completing the integration in two regions, we created a blueprint to expand the solution globally, and trained the team who took over the operations.
